We collaborate with leading academic institutions and healthcare providers to ensure our VR solutions deliver meaningful and measurable benefits.
In partnership with Deakin University’s School of Engineering, School of Nursing and Midwifery, QPS, IHT, and Barwon Health, SilVR Adventures is delivering VR solutions tailored to the unique needs of older adults. Supported by Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA), this initiative focuses on combating the social isolation exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and St Luke’s Eldercare (SLEC) are conducting a collaborative research study assessing the effectiveness of immersive VR reminiscence therapy in enhancing the quality of life and psychosocial well-being of healthy, community-dwelling older adults, compared to traditional reminiscence therapy using 2D photos or videos.
SilVR Adventures consistently delivers impactful results: 100% memory stimulation and conversations post-session (BaptistCare 2024), 90% elder satisfaction and 80% recommendations (St Luke’s ElderCare 2023), 86% staff positivity, and 89% residents eager for more after their first VR experience (UnitingCare 2022).
