This episode features a great documentary filmmaker Sky Bergman. Sky’s recent work Lives Well Lived focuses on a cohort of 40 inspiring individuals over the age of 75 and how they’re challenging the assumptions and stereotypes of later life.
We had a lovely chat with Sky about her film, and there’s some really warm moments in here about how sensitive and inquisitive conversations with our loved ones allow us all to reflect and learn from their experiences.
