Our new Board of Advisors

SilVR Adventures' new Board of Advisors

2021 got off to a great start for SilVR Adventures. And it’s been full of new ideas, new opportunities and new partners across Australia and New Zealand. Because of this, we’re gearing up for more rapid growth in 2021 and beyond. So we’re pleased to present our brand new Board of Advisors.

To clarify, the board is made up of seven fantastic advisors who’ll guide us in their area of specialty. And all of these advisors bring with them a wealth of knowledge in their field. As a result we’re confident we’ll keep improving and refining our offerings for our customers. So let’s meet the team!:

Academia Advisor – Dr. Jenny Waycott

Firstly, Jenny is a senior lecturer at Melbourne University. And her research is focused on human computer interactions and new uses for tech such as virtual reality in aged care.

Aged Care Advisor – Maria Paz

Next, Maria is CIO at VMCH, an Australian aged care provider. And she has over 20 years experience in leading business and technology innovation across a range of sectors.

Dementia Advisor – Jason Burton

Jason is an experienced dementia specialist. And he brings an extensive background in a range of topics. For example dementia care planning and inclusive design principles.

Marketing Advisor – Michael Magura

Next up is Michael. As head of Ecosystem Marketing at Nutanix, Michael is well positioned to advise on innovative tech marketing and digital cloud systems.

Legal Advisor – Zachary Pagliano

Zachary has a background in commercial law particularly intellectual property. Therefore he’ll be guiding us with issues of trademarking and corporate interactions.

Finance Advisor – Steven Leong

Next up, Steven is an experienced CFO who has worked with multiple organisations across the tech and digital space. In other words, his experience in building scalable financial models will be invaluable.

Palliative Care Advisor – Leeroy William

And finally, Leeroy is President of the Australian New Zealand Society for Palliative Medicine. So he’ll be helping us shape our solution for those receiving palliative care.
